Analista de Servicios y Control Operativo Bilingüe

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual (Spanish‑English) Services and Operational Control Analyst to support internal and external clients, strengthen operational controls and ensure efficient processes within Credicorp Bank.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely attention and effective follow‑up to requests from internal and external customers.
• Manage the opening of legal entity accounts, guaranteeing compliance with applicable policies, procedures and regulations.
• Analyze and monitor transactional alerts, identifying risks and inconsistencies.
• Administer, validate and keep client information and profiles up to date.
• Execute operational controls with precision, quality and adherence to established procedures.
• Identify improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risks.

Required profile

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Experience in operational environments and customer‑service contexts.
• Knowledge of legal account‑opening processes.
• Familiarity with the management and analysis of transactional alerts.
• Experience in maintaining and updating client profiles.
• Strong analytical abilities for risk detection and process improvement.
• High level of organization, planning and attention to detail.
• Commitment to quality and precision in execution.
