About the role

The Panamanian Red Cross is seeking an HR Analyst to manage personnel administration processes, focusing on payroll preparation, settlements, and compliance with current labor regulations. The role also provides support for other HR activities as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Calculate payroll, vacations, and settlements, ensuring accuracy in payments, deductions, and legal compliance.
• Generate and submit employer reports using Mindex, SIPE, and Annex 03.
• Maintain employee records, track attendance, manage vacation requests, permits, and disability leaves.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth HR operations across the organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Accounting.
• Proven experience in personnel administration, including payroll, vacation, and settlement processing.
• Familiarity with Mindex, SIPE, employer reporting, and Annex 03.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Effective communication and coordination skills with staff and various institutional areas.
