Analista de Paid Media

About the role

The Paid Media Analyst will design and lead the regional digital acquisition architecture, aligning media plans with commercial objectives across countries and brands. The role focuses on managing ad spend, optimizing campaign performance, and generating qualified leads while collaborating closely with local and regional marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design the regional digital acquisition funnel, segmentation, acquisition, remarketing and conversion strategies.
• Set monthly media budgets per country and brand in coordination with Marketing Coordinators and the Regional Marketing Manager.
• Create, execute and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other relevant platforms.
• Develop advanced segmentation strategies based on industry, client type, funnel stage and commercial priorities.
• Administer and optimize the regional digital media budget, ensuring cost‑efficiency (CPL, CPA, ROAS).
• Implement technical configurations such as pixels, conversion APIs, event tracking and tagging.
• Conduct A/B tests and strategic experiments to improve conversion and reduce costs.
• Analyze performance by country, brand and product line, identifying structural improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with content and creative teams to adapt assets for maximum conversion.
• Evaluate lead quality with channel specialists and commercial teams.
• Prepare strategic reports with investment redistribution recommendations and funnel optimization.
• Support the creation and maintenance of dashboards that track investment, performance and results per country and brand.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or a related field.
• Proven experience managing advanced digital advertising campaigns focused on lead generation and conversion.
• Experience handling advertising budgets and optimizing spend based on performance metrics.
