About the role

The Human Resources Analyst will support the planning, implementation and monitoring of comprehensive wellbeing programs—including physical, mental, financial, social and development initiatives—for all employees. The role also ensures regulatory compliance and strategic alignment of third‑party partners in occupational safety, health, human rights and talent management.

Key responsibilities

• Define and coordinate a portfolio of wellbeing programs for the workforce.
• Organize logistics, execution, evaluation and monitoring of wellbeing initiatives, ensuring impact and cultural alignment.
• Support implementation of physical wellbeing and occupational safety programs in line with current regulations and Grupo Nutresa standards.
• Assist in rolling out the Occupational Safety and Health (SST) program for the business and its third‑party partners.
• Develop and grow strategic allies (contractors, permanent third‑party providers) according to Grupo Nutresa policies.
• Prepare reports on participation and results of implemented programs.
• Help communicate programmes to employees and gather information for labour relations management.

Required profile

• Degree in Occupational Safety and Health (SYSO) or related field; HR‑related training is a plus.
• Minimum three years of experience supporting HR functions, preferably with knowledge of SST.
• Experience in legal and labour verification of third‑party contracts, payroll, social security and overtime.
• Familiarity with SST regulations and human‑rights principles applied to external partners.
