Airport Customer Service Agent

About the role

Mapiex is seeking a Customer Service Agent to ensure smooth flight operations and high‑quality support for its private‑aviation clients. The role involves coordinating services, communicating with internal teams and external providers, and maintaining accurate records in a fast‑paced airport environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage direct and indirect communications related to flight dispatch, ensuring client requirements are met promptly.
• Coordinate and follow up on the timely provision of products and services requested by customers, liaising with pre‑approved vendors.
• Plan and supervise transportation routes for drivers, ensuring efficiency and compliance with procedures.
• Maintain availability and good condition of company transport vehicles.
• Keep an updated, well‑organized database of all flight services department activities.
• Perform administrative and accounting support tasks in line with company policies.
• Assist in collecting funds from credit sales to trip‑support clients, ensuring accuracy.
• Participate in shift briefings and communicate operational updates to the next team.
• Collaborate with flight dispatch to process overflight, landing, and internal circulation permits.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Minimum 2 years experience in customer service, flight support, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a proactive, detail‑oriented approach.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and on rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
