About the role

Join BairesDev’s global AI team to design, build, and maintain backend AI features and pipelines. You will work remotely alongside top engineers, contributing to AI‑driven products for high‑profile clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver backend AI functionalities.
• Design, implement, and maintain AI workflows and data pipelines.
• Perform evaluation and quality checks on AI behavior.
• Collaborate with engineers across development phases to resolve blockers.
• Support the team by identifying and fixing technical issues.

Required profile

• Proficient in Python.
• Experience building or maintaining AI/LLM‑based systems.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks such as LangChain or similar tools.
• Knowledge of distributed systems and REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Strong prompt‑engineering skills.
• Advanced English communication.
