AI-DNA Sales Engineer

About the role

This position sits at the frontier of AI‑native customer engagement, acting as the primary point of contact for Fortune 100 brands when they adopt our community‑engagement and social‑media‑management platform. You will design, build, and operate AI agents that automate onboarding, product demos, documentation and training, delivering enterprise‑grade experiences at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard enterprise customers and internal users, creating repeatable, fast‑track sessions that accelerate value realization.
• Design and deliver product demos for prospects and executives, preparing environments, storylines and supporting same‑day releases.
• Own and continuously update documentation and training assets through AI‑driven workflows.
• Develop and refine the AI system that powers enablement work – prompts, skills, context files, knowledge bases and verification loops – reducing human intervention over time.
• Transform recurring questions into self‑serve resources and feed voice‑of‑customer insights back to product leadership.
• Maintain demo environments, data sets and talk tracks, ensuring they are always demo‑ready.
• Contribute reusable prompts, skills and agent workflows to shared repositories to create lasting leverage.

Required profile

• Proven experience onboarding and training enterprise‑level users on SaaS platforms.
• Strong aptitude for building AI‑enabled workflows and prompt‑engineering solutions.
• Self‑directed problem‑solver who can turn vague goals into polished deliverables without detailed scripts.
• Excellent communication skills, able to present to senior executives and product teams.
• Passion for continuously testing and adopting emerging AI tools.
