Agentic AI Engineer - Remote Work

About the role

BairesDev® is seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to design and deliver AI‑native applications using a modern full‑stack approach. You will lead the creation of autonomous agentic systems that go beyond simple prompt‑response interactions to perform complex, multi‑step tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement production‑grade AI‑native applications and agentic workflows.
• Integrate advanced large language model (LLM) capabilities into scalable full‑stack solutions.
• Architect autonomous agents capable of independent planning and task execution.
• Leverage AI‑augmented development tools such as Cursor and GitHub Copilot to accelerate delivery.
• Collaborate with product teams to translate business objectives into intelligent systems.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in full‑stack software engineering or AI engineering.
• Proven track record building and deploying AI‑native applications and agentic workflows.
• Strong background in end‑to‑end full‑stack delivery, covering frontend, backend, and API layers.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
