About the role

RednBlue is seeking a results‑driven Sales Agent to promote its software development products and services. You will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their specific needs, and presenting tailored solutions that help them achieve their business objectives. The role focuses on generating new business in the local market while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the software development sector.
• Present, demonstrate, and sell RednBlue’s portfolio of products and services to prospective clients.
• Prepare compelling sales proposals and quotations.
• Negotiate terms, close sales efficiently, and achieve defined sales targets.
• Maintain a professional commercial relationship with existing customers and ensure post‑sale satisfaction.
• Track the sales pipeline, report progress, and provide market feedback to internal teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales (mandatory).
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with the ability to work under clear objectives.
• Customer‑focused attitude and willingness to reside in David or surrounding areas.
