Agente de Servicio al Cliente y Operaciones OFR – Inplant (Temporal 6 meses)

About the role

This position provides comprehensive support to maritime import operations (OFR) for a strategic client in premium beverages and luxury products. The role coordinates shipments, manages all related documentation, ensures operational continuity, and addresses client inquiries to maintain high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Create, confirm and monitor transport orders to guarantee shipments meet service level agreements.
• Perform bookings, optimise cargo space and follow internal guidelines.
• Track import shipment status, identify incidents or delays and drive resolution.
• Prepare, consolidate and distribute required documentation for carriers, consignees and suppliers, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Validate documentation completeness before shipment release and manage document cut‑off timelines.
• Follow deliveries using JCain and other operational platforms.
• Provide client support for queries, exceptions and operational incidents.
• Maintain effective relationships with suppliers, carriers and strategic partners, monitoring performance and driving improvements.
• Update shipment information in corporate systems, ensuring data integrity.
• Execute billing and costing activities for import shipments and generate operational reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Preferred master’s degree or postgraduate studies in Logistics, Supply Chain, Maritime Operations or similar.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in maritime cargo operations (OFR).

Required skills

• Proficiency with the JCain platform.
• Strong knowledge of import documentation and maritime shipping regulations.
• Ability to manage document control and billing processes.
