After Sales Coordinator – Electronics

About the role

We are looking for an After‑Sales Analyst with experience in operational data analysis, reporting and after‑sales processes to support decision‑making, spare parts management, warranty processes and continuous service improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and consolidate after‑sales information to support business decisions.
• Manage information and processes through CRM and ERP systems.
• Prepare reports and monitor key performance indicators.
• Support spare parts planning, inventory and supply processes.
• Coordinate spare parts logistics and follow up on operational requirements.
• Analyze product failures and support quality and warranty management.
• Follow up on reimbursements and cost recovery processes.
• Maintain product information and support automation and Business Intelligence initiatives.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, After‑Sales Analyst or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Experience analyzing operational information and preparing reports.
• Knowledge of after‑sales and warranty processes.
• Experience with spare parts management and supply processes.
• Knowledge of CRM and ERP systems.
• Experience with Power BI or other Business Intelligence tools.
• Knowledge of databases and data analysis.
• Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience in appliances, technical products or related industries is a plus.
