About the role

We are looking for a proactive Accounting Assistant to support our finance team on a six‑month contract. The role focuses on invoicing, collections, cash application and account reconciliation while delivering high‑quality service to internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

  • Generate and dispatch customer invoices promptly, reviewing and correcting any billing discrepancies.
  • Monitor overdue accounts, follow up with customers, and manage collections activities.
  • Apply incoming payments accurately and reconcile cash applications.
  • Provide responsive customer service to address billing inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Perform regular account reconciliations and investigate any variances.

Required profile

  • University degree in Accounting, Finance or Administration.
  • Advanced or bilingual proficiency in English.
  • Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
  • Experience in accounts receivable or related finance functions.

Required skills

  • Accounts Receivable processes.
  • Proficiency with accounting systems.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
