About the role
We are looking for a proactive accountant with solid accounting foundations to manage multiple accounting books simultaneously, primarily in the construction and real‑estate sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and consolidate accounting records for several concurrent projects.
- Handle large volumes of financial data, perform month‑end closings, reconciliations, cost analysis and prepare financial statements.
- Identify inconsistencies, question data, and propose corrective solutions.
- Utilize ERP and other accounting systems to automate processes and improve efficiency.
Required profile
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to learn quickly and adapt.
- Organised, results‑oriented and capable of working under pressure.
- Experience in construction or real‑estate accounting is essential.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Hands‑on experience with ERP and accounting software.
- Familiarity with automation tools for handling large data sets.
