Account and Projects Assistant

About the role

We are looking for an organized and responsible Account and Projects Assistant to support daily tracking of client accounts, projects, and agency activities. The role requires a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on requests, pending items, and deliveries.
• Assist in communication and coordination with clients.
• Organize meeting agendas, recordings, coverage, and events.
• Request quotations and track suppliers and influencers.
• Support logistics for events and productions.
• Draft simple copy, scripts, presentations, and basic reports.
• Schedule content and help manage social media and email when needed.
• Maintain organized project timelines, files, and status updates.
• Provide operational support to agency leadership and the team.

Required profile

• Studies in Advertising, Marketing, Communication or related fields.
• Excellent writing and spelling.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and office tools.
• Strong organization, initiative, and follow‑through.
• Professional communication for dealing with clients, suppliers, and internal staff.
• Availability to attend events and recordings as required.
• Previous experience is a plus, but recent graduates with the right attitude are welcome.
