Technical Support Technician – Electronics, Networks & Systems

About the role

SONDA Panama is looking for a Technical Support Technician to ensure the proper functioning of all electronic, network and system equipment used by the company and its clients. You will work in rotating shifts, providing hands‑on support for current and upcoming projects.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, install, maintain and repair technological equipment, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Configure, maintain and troubleshoot hardware for ongoing and future projects.
• Verify operational status of assigned devices and record all interventions.
• Maintain incident and safety records.

Required profile

• Technical degree in Electronics, Networks or Systems, or at least three years of university study in one of these fields.
• 1‑3 years of experience in technical support, electronics, or related areas.
• Experience providing support for IT equipment such as computers, validators and turnstiles.
• Availability for rotating shifts and immediate start.
