Supervisor de Contact Center

About the role

The Contact Center Supervisor will lead a team of sales and customer service agents, ensuring that performance targets and service standards are consistently met. This position combines operational oversight with people management to drive continuous improvement in a fast‑paced automotive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor sales and customer service performance, track key indicators, and ensure goals are achieved.
• Manage staffing schedules, vacations, sick leaves, and ensure adequate coverage for all shifts.
• Coordinate with other departments to address non‑in‑person customer requests promptly.
• Lead strategic projects and improvement initiatives related to call‑center operations.
• Handle administrative tasks and reporting for the team.
• Motivate, coach, and develop team members to foster a productive and engaged work environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in a similar supervisory role.
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on results.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
