Supervisor de Contabilidad Bilingüe

About the role

The Bilingual Accounting Supervisor will lead the monthly closing process, prepare financial statements and management reports for senior management. This full‑time onsite position is based in Ciudad de Panamá and requires fluency in both Spanish and English.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the monthly accounting close.
• Prepare and present financial statements and management reports.
• Review journal entries, bank reconciliations, invoicing, accounts payable and receivable.
• Ensure compliance with financial and tax regulations.
• Support continuous improvement of accounting processes.
• Train and mentor the accounting team.

Required profile

• Licensed Accountant (CPA) with a degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial and tax accounting.
• Proven experience supervising accounting teams.
• Advanced analytical ability to interpret financial data and propose process enhancements.
• Bilingual Spanish‑English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Sage 50 accounting software.
