Soporte Técnico de Sitio (Presencial – Panamá)

About the role

This on‑site technical support position is responsible for continuous supervision of hardware and software, incident management and vendor coordination to ensure client satisfaction and compliance with service agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Guarantee adherence to OLA and SLA commitments for all technology infrastructure.
• Maintain operational continuity and technical excellence aligned with organizational and client standards.
• Document services and solutions in official platforms and create/maintain knowledge‑base articles.
• Follow strict ITIL‑based processes to ensure technological stability, service quality, and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience supporting end‑user equipment (computers, printers, conference rooms, POS), servers and communications devices.
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an Electronics, Systems or related technical program.
• Intermediate technical English.
• Availability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with travel to client sites.
• Desirable: Class C driver’s license and personal transportation.
