Senior Technical Program/Product Manager – AI & eCommerce

About the role

We are looking for a senior technical program/product manager to lead two high‑impact initiatives – an AI/data platform implementation and a large‑scale Shopify ecommerce launch – for a leading digital media organization. The role coordinates business stakeholders, internal technical teams and external vendors to deliver end‑to‑end solutions from requirements gathering through launch and handoff.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple technology initiatives, managing timelines, dependencies, risks, vendors and stakeholders.
• Coordinate the implementation and MVP delivery of an AI/data platform, including requirements gathering, UAT, stakeholder alignment, adoption and handoff.
• Drive Shopify ecommerce launch readiness, overseeing technical vendors, infrastructure, security, load testing, observability and checkout performance.
• Manage external vendors against SOWs, milestones and deliverables, ensuring accountability and on‑time delivery.
• Maintain clear project documentation, decisions, risks and handoff materials, and handle real‑time issue escalation during critical launches.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager, Technical Product Manager or Technical Program Manager.
• Proven experience delivering complex technology implementations, including AI, data, analytics or digital platforms.
• Strong hands‑on Shopify experience supporting high‑traffic ecommerce launches.
• Experience managing external vendors against SOWs, timelines and milestones.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and documentation skills.
• Immediate availability with strong U.S. time‑zone overlap.
