Senior Sales Representative

About the role

Lead the execution of the Electric Power Division's growth strategy by driving Original Equipment (OE) Sales‑to‑User (STU) growth within the assigned territory. Collaborate with dealers to improve sales capabilities, optimise processes and strengthen customer relationships, providing leadership, guidance and commercial expertise to maximise industry opportunities and business results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead commercial initiatives with dealers to drive OE Electric Power sales growth and achieve STU targets.
• Develop and execute annual business plans for assigned dealer territories in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Champion sales funnel management and identify new customer growth opportunities.
• Partner with dealers to improve sales effectiveness and customer engagement.
• Conduct regular business reviews, monitor performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Capture Voice of Customer and Voice of Dealer insights to recover lost sales and identify opportunities.
• Manage Travel & Expense budget responsibly and collaborate across internal teams to deliver exceptional customer support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Advanced English and intermediate Spanish.
• Proven track record of growing and executing sales plans and achieving targets.
• Experience in product support, product sales, parts and/or service marketing.
• Self‑starter with strong initiative, ability to work autonomously and a positive attitude.
• Excellent listening, communication and presentation skills with ability to influence at all levels.
