Senior Director, Regional HR – Latin America

About the role

The Senior Director, Regional HR will lead the HR Business Partner organization across Latin America, aligning people strategies with business objectives. Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, this role partners with functional leaders and country HR teams to drive a unified people agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑performing Regional HR Business Partner team across Latin America.
• Define and evolve the Regional HRBP operating model, ensuring clear governance and collaboration with country HR directors.
• Coach HR Business Partners to become trusted strategic advisors and foster accountability.
• Partner with regional functional leaders to translate business priorities into integrated people strategies, including workforce planning, succession, and leadership development.
• Establish regional governance, frameworks, and decision‑making processes that balance consistency with local execution.
• Support business transformation by anticipating organizational needs, leading design and effectiveness initiatives, and providing data‑driven insights.

Required profile

• Extensive experience leading HR Business Partner functions in a multi‑country environment, preferably Latin America.
• Proven ability to build and coach high‑performing HR teams.
• Strong strategic partnership skills with senior business leaders.
• Demonstrated expertise in workforce planning, succession, organizational design, and leadership development.
