Regional HR Partner Lead – Middle East

About the role

We are seeking a Regional HR Partner Lead for the Middle East to drive people strategy, support business leaders, and ensure effective execution of HR initiatives across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the regional HR Partner organization across the Middle East.
• Act as trusted advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, engagement and succession planning.
• Implement global and regional HR initiatives, including integration programs such as the Vanderlande Logistics integration.
• Drive organizational development, change management, and DEI, health & wellbeing programs.
• Ensure compliance with local labor legislation and manage complex employee relations.
• Analyze workforce trends and provide insights to support business decisions.

Required profile

• Significant HR leadership experience in an international environment.
• Proven knowledge of Middle Eastern labor legislation and employment practices.
• Strong business acumen, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience leading and developing HR teams and driving organizational transformation.
• Ability to work across cultures and travel 20‑40% of the time.
