Senior Analyst – Account Management

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Analyst to lead account management for its fintech partners. In this role you will analyse performance, resolve operational issues and help shape strategic initiatives that drive growth across Mastercard’s ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for existing fintech partners and support new initiatives aligned with client needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships, understand partner business models and align Mastercard offerings to create mutual value.
• Conduct data‑driven analyses of account performance, generate reports, dashboards and visualisations to highlight trends, growth opportunities and risks.
• Manage operational cases, resolve transaction processing issues, data discrepancies and coordinate with Operations and Technical Support.
• Oversee billing events, ensure accurate invoicing, address discrepancies and assist partners with billing inquiries.
• Collaborate on strategic planning, develop account plans that align Mastercard objectives with partner growth strategies, and track emerging fintech trends.
• Work cross‑functionally with Data Science, Product, Legal, Compliance and Operations to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management or analyst roles within fintech or payments.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple operational cases and billing processes simultaneously.
• Strategic thinking and experience developing partnership plans.
