SAP Project Manager – Supply Chain

About the role

This position is for a SAP Project Manager specialized in Supply Chain, based in Panama City, Panama, with Signify – the global leader in lighting and connected solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of SAP Supply Chain and Operations modules (SD, IBP, PP/DS, MM, WM, EWM, TM) from blueprint through hypercare.
• Own project financials, managing budgets up to €5 million, tracking resource costs and vendor spend.
• Plan and coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring alignment with the global template and contractual commitments.
• Establish project governance, run steering committees and manage risks, issues and dependencies (RAID).
• Ensure compliance with global templates, drive testing, cut‑over and operational transition for successful go‑live.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration or related field; PMP, PRINCE2 or SAP Project Management certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as an IT/SAP Project Manager delivering SAP Supply Chain implementations or migrations in a global, discrete‑manufacturing environment, with projects up to €1 million.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, hybrid and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Fluent English; professional Spanish and Portuguese are advantageous.
