Sales Development Representative – Remote

About the role

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is the first point of contact for potential insurance clients. You will generate new business opportunities by reaching out to prospects, understanding their needs, and qualifying them for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients.
• Make outbound calls and send emails to prospects.
• Introduce insurance products and services.
• Understand client needs and explain how solutions can help.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• English proficiency at C1 level.
• Proactive, results‑oriented, enthusiastic, and resilient.

Required skills

• CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Microsoft Office Suite.
• Google Workspace.
