About the role
Love organization more than cold calling? This role is for you. We’re looking for a Sales & CRM Coordinator in Panama City (in‑person, full‑time) for GTM Partners. You won’t be closing deals or prospecting cold; the company generates leads and you ensure none fall through the cracks.
Key responsibilities
- Own the sales CRM – keep leads, deals, tasks and next steps up to date.
- Follow up with prospects and clients via phone, email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn.
- Book and coordinate meetings for the sales team.
- Identify stalled deals and reactivate them.
- Provide management with a clear, real‑time view of the pipeline.
Required profile
- Fluent or near‑native English (spoken and written).
- Background in sales coordination, inside sales, account management, customer success or BDR.
- Comfortable calling executives and following up with confidence.
- Organized, disciplined and proactive.
