Retail Analyst Trainee

About the role

The Retail Analyst Trainee role supports the sales and marketing teams by providing market insights, managing order processes, and analysing sales performance. This position is ideal for recent graduates eager to develop a career in home‑appliance sales and marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Market insights: collect and organize market information, gain consumer insights, and assist in developing local sales strategies.
• Order management: follow up on customer orders, production, shipping and related business processes.
• Sales management: analyse channel penetration, sales revenue, and market share to meet cyclical market goals and business targets.
• Marketing: plan market budget investments and enhance brand awareness.
• Other tasks: complete additional assignments as directed by superiors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, full‑time.
• Passion for home‑appliance sales; practical experience in marketing or sales is a plus.
• Strong learning ability, execution capability and teamwork skills; proactive, reliable, responsible and rigorous.
• Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) for work purposes; familiarity with Chinese culture is advantageous.
