Remote Call Center Representative (English)

About the role

We are seeking an English‑speaking Call Center Representative to join our global contact‑center team. The position is fully remote and supports customers in the United States and Canada for an insurance client.

Key responsibilities

• Make and receive calls to qualify potential customers.
• Connect qualified prospects with licensed advisors (no direct selling).
• Schedule appointments and handle basic administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the system.
• Deliver a professional, positive customer experience.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Customer‑focused, confident attitude.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Comfortable handling objections and speaking with customers.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company.

Required skills

• Reliable laptop or desktop meeting minimum hardware specifications (CPU score ≥5000, 8 GB RAM, Windows 11 or recent macOS).
• Fiber‑optic internet connection.
