Regional Manager

About the role

The Regional Manager is responsible for developing and executing the commercial strategy within the assigned area. This position combines key account management, commercial analysis, brand negotiations, and the implementation of growth plans in close collaboration with the Commercial Director.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the regional commercial strategy aligned with global objectives.
• Manage relationships with key clients in the territory.
• Negotiate commercial terms, conditions, and annual sales agreements.
• Conduct sales, margin, and profitability analyses by account.
• Prepare and validate sales orders together with the Commercial Operations Manager.
• Identify opportunities for growth, new accounts, and expansion.
• Coordinate with Marketing on activations, training, and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with Finance to validate margins and payment terms.
• Support Commercial Management with reports and quarterly sales forecasts.

Required profile

• Background in Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in international B2B sales or Travel Retail.
• Strong negotiation skills, strategic vision, and customer orientation.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and understanding of margins.
• Excellent communication skills, autonomy, and a proactive mindset.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
