Project Manager (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

Bluelight Consulting is looking for a Project Manager to lead remote software projects across Latin America. The role will oversee the full project lifecycle, coordinate Agile teams, and ensure delivery of high‑quality applications that meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Apply Agile methodologies and lead Scrum ceremonies.
• Develop project goals, objectives, and schedules aligned with business strategy.
• Assign and manage resources to meet project milestones.
• Track, document, and report all aspects of project progress.
• Define project budgets, monitor expenditures, and adjust plans as resource needs evolve.
• Communicate quality metrics and progress updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve issues to keep projects on track.

Required profile

• Experience with Agile methodologies and leading Scrum teams.
