Project Manager & Content Creator

About the role

We are a digital agency and audiovisual production house in Panama looking for a highly organized, creative professional who can manage digital projects from planning to delivery while also creating engaging content for social media.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and monitor digital marketing, content, and audiovisual production projects.
• Build and maintain project schedules, assign responsibilities, and track delivery dates.
• Coordinate design, production, and digital media teams.
• Conceptualize and produce content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Write clear briefs for designers, creatives, producers, and editors.
• Develop content matrices and editorial calendars for brand profiles.
• Ensure each deliverable meets the brief, brand tone, and agency quality standards.
• Manage client requests, feedback, approvals, and change orders.
• Oversee audiovisual shoots, recordings, and post‑production deliverables.
• Identify risks or delays early and take corrective action.
• Maintain professional communication with clients and internal teams.
• Support new‑business development and prepare client presentations.

Required profile

• Previous experience as Project Manager, Account Manager, Content Manager or similar in a digital/creative agency.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of content formats for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Excellent writing, editing, and brief‑writing skills.
• Good visual sense and understanding of design, photography, video and storytelling.
• Highly organized, proactive, detail‑oriented and able to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Project‑management tools such as Monday, Asana, ClickUp or Trello.
• Content‑creation tools like Canva.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of audiovisual production processes.
