Project Controls Manager

About the role

AECOM is seeking a Project Controls Manager to join its Panama team. Reporting to the Program Scheduling Lead, you will own the development, maintenance, and reporting of project schedules for large‑scale, complex programs.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and direct project controls for strategically significant programs.
• Provide senior‑level guidance to ensure alignment with executive objectives.
• Coordinate across multiple projects to integrate schedules and manage interdependencies.
• Conduct analyses to identify critical path items and mitigate risks.
• Mentor and supervise project controls teams, ensuring accurate data and timely reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project controls or program scheduling for large infrastructure projects.
• Strong analytical abilities and a track record of managing complex inter‑project relationships.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
