About the role

The Event Producer is responsible for planning, coordinating and executing corporate events and brand activations from concept to completion. The role ensures a flawless experience for clients and attendees by managing budgets, suppliers, logistics and on‑site operations.

Key responsibilities

• Gather client requirements, develop creative proposals and align them with budget constraints.
• Request, negotiate and consolidate quotations from venues, catering, technical production, furniture and other vendors.
• Prepare detailed budgets, optimise costs and present financial proposals to clients.
• Design event concepts that reflect the brand and objectives, and create full production timelines.
• Define technical needs (audio, lighting, screens, stages) and secure necessary permits, insurance and legal approvals.
• Select, contract and coordinate suppliers, maintaining an up‑to‑date vendor database.
• Oversee pre‑production logistics, on‑site setup, staff coordination and post‑event evaluation, including budget reconciliation and final client reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Event Production or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in corporate event production, activations or brand experiences.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills under pressure and attention to detail.
• Leadership experience in managing teams and coordinating external partners.
