Oracle NetSuite Functional Lead

About the role

Appcoders is seeking an Oracle NetSuite Functional Lead to configure and optimise NetSuite modules for multi‑entity corporate workflows. The role is full‑time, hybrid, based in Panama City, and will work closely with business units and technical teams to deliver integrated, data‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and translate business requirements into NetSuite configurations, workflows, dashboards and custom fields.
• Design and maintain integrations between NetSuite and other enterprise tools using APIs, data mapping and middleware.
• Provide end‑user support through training, documentation and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with technical teams on enhancements, testing and deployment of NetSuite solutions.
• Drive continuous process improvement, data‑quality oversight and alignment with operational AI strategies.

Required profile

• Strong functional expertise with NetSuite core modules (financials, order management, inventory, procurement, CRM).
• Proven experience in ERP implementations or optimisations within multi‑entity or complex corporate environments.
• Solid understanding of system integration concepts such as APIs, ETL and middleware.
• Experience in data management, including validation, migration support, reporting and dashboard creation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, Engineering or related field; certifications or experience with operational AI solutions are a plus.
