O2C Operations Specialist

About the role

The O2C Operations Specialist supports the Order-to-Cash process, acting as the operational partner and backup to the O2C Lead. The role ensures business continuity, stakeholder alignment and efficient execution of global standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational support and act as primary backup for the O2C Lead.
• Drive performance reporting, process governance, escalation handling and forecasting.
• Maintain compliance activities and lead continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Serve as subject-matter expert for Order Management, invoicing, SAP and process standardisation.
• Lead knowledge-management, onboarding, training and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the Global O2C Capability Team to resolve challenges and support transformation programmes.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in operational processes, Order Management, Supply Chain, Customer Operations or related functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a continuous-improvement mindset.
• Excellent communication in English and Spanish and proven stakeholder-management skills.
