Network Solutions Sales Manager

About the role

Huawei is seeking a Network Solutions Sales Manager to lead pre‑sales activities in the Carrier Network domain. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, helping customers understand and adopt Huawei’s Access, Datacom, and DWDM solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the sales cycle.
• Present Huawei’s solutions to prospects, highlighting business value, technical differentiation, and ROI.
• Represent Huawei at trade shows, exhibitions, and seminars focused on telecommunications, IT, and cloud.
• Gather customer requirements, design optimal solutions with internal teams, and prepare quotations.
• Assess existing customer infrastructure, identify pain points, and recommend improvements.
• Build long‑term technical relationships with customers and channel partners, delivering training and co‑hosting marketing events.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
• Minimum 2 years of technical support or technical sales experience in Carrier Network areas (Access, Datacom, DWDM or related).
• Preferably experienced with telecom operators.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Motivated to grow within the IT and telecommunications industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Telecommunications, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
