Mobile User Acquisition Manager (App Campaigns)

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Mobile User Acquisition Manager to drive paid campaigns for our flagship apps, Boss Money and Boss Revolution. You will work remotely with our Latam marketing team, using data‑driven strategies to grow the user base and meet acquisition targets.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, X and other channels.
• Develop channel strategies to achieve CPI, CPA and ROAS goals.
• Analyze the full performance funnel from impression to downstream conversions.
• Lead creative testing, set up A/B experiments and build a structured testing framework.
• Collaborate daily with designers and creative teams to ensure ad assets match app messaging.
• Continuously explore new channels, optimization tactics and AI‑powered tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing paid user‑acquisition campaigns.
• Proven B2C app acquisition background.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear optimization decisions.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
