Marketing Operations Manager

About the role

The Marketing Operations Manager will lead the regional Experts program, ensuring seamless execution, financial discipline, and strong alignment with Samsung. This on‑site position requires a strategic mindset and the ability to drive results across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own and control the regional budget, track monthly spend, identify efficiencies and deliver financial reports.
• Manage and negotiate vendor agreements for prizes, logistics, platforms, BOMs and quotations, ensuring cost‑effective and high‑quality delivery.
• Monitor KPIs across markets, analyse performance data, spot gaps and coordinate corrective actions.
• Lead the regional team, set priorities, oversee performance and support professional development.
• Define program strategy, plan and execute initiatives across markets, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with objectives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Samsung, handling alignment, approvals, key decisions and quarterly business reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Finance or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in program/project management, retail, marketing or similar roles.
• Proven experience managing budgets, vendors and regional operations.
• Strong understanding of KPIs, reporting and performance analysis.
• Demonstrated team leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple markets, projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
