Junior Product Management Manager – Mobile Devices

About the role

Samsung Electronics is seeking a Junior Product Management Manager for its Mobile Devices division, based in Panama City. The role will support product market expansion across Costa Rica and Nicaragua, driving sales growth and profitability through strategic product lifecycle and pricing management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a product line‑up operation plan to increase market coverage.
• Manage product lifecycle, pricing strategy and P&L to maximize sales and minimize loss.
• Conduct research to define target customer segments and key buying drivers.
• Create product/brand positioning, marketing themes and media channel plans aligned with target demographics.
• Design and implement marketing strategies, oversee creation and distribution of marketing materials.
• Identify market opportunities, translate them into product designs and launch plans.
• Partner with product development and marketing teams to embed customer needs into product and branding.
• Prepare 360° go‑to‑market plans covering the 4Ps (Product, Price, Place, Promotion).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• 3–5 years of product management experience in consumer electronics or high‑tech.
• Proven record of delivering products from concept to market.
• Experience in mobile devices, telecommunications or consumer electronics is a plus.
• Familiarity with the Costa Rica and/or Nicaragua markets is highly preferred.
• Advanced English proficiency.
