ISO Staff Consultant

About the role

The ISO Staff Consultant will execute information security consulting activities, focusing on ISO assessments and client‑facing services. You will support the growth of a fast‑paced cybersecurity compliance firm by delivering high‑quality assessments and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute ISO engagements under management direction.
• Lead remote or onsite ISO assessments and related testing.
• Conduct scoping calls to understand client environments.
• Communicate project status clearly and proactively with clients and internal teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security or related field (preferred, not required).
• 1–2 years experience conducting IT assessments using frameworks such as SOC, ISO, SOX, or PCI DSS.
• At least one year of experience with ISO assessments (preferred, not required).
• Current industry certification (e.g., CISA, CISM, CISSP) preferred but not required.
• Strong motivation, ability to meet deadlines, and excellent communication skills.
