About the role

Dell Technologies is looking for a Server Support Engineer to join its Technical Support team in Panama. You will help customers maximize the value of Dell products by providing expert assistance on installation, configuration, operation, and troubleshooting of servers, storage, and related solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, diagnose, and resolve enterprise‑level incidents via chat, phone, and case‑management tools.
• Manage support cases, ensuring all information is accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Investigate, document, and track unique or recurring customer problems.
• Provide timely responses to escalated issues.
• Own each incident from initial contact through successful resolution.

Required profile

• Advanced English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 1‑3 years of technical support experience with hardware, software, and/or servers.
• Knowledge of server hardware, storage solutions, networking, and Windows/Linux server operating systems.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, onsite.
• Preferably a university degree or equivalent experience.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, CCNA) are a plus.
