Implementation Associate – Financial Software

About the role

We are building a near‑shore implementation team for a US fintech client in the private funds sector. As an Implementation Associate you will work remotely from Latin America, partnering with the client’s U.S. implementation team to configure and test financial software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own a defined portion of a multi‑entity financial implementation or manage a full single‑entity rollout, with guidance from senior staff.
• Develop deep platform fluency by learning its financial structures, calculations, and workflow processes.
• Collaborate closely with the U.S. implementation team to follow client‑specific implementation plans.
• Identify, document, and flag edge cases or issues discovered during testing and help refine processes as the team scales.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in accounting or finance operations.
• Comfort working with large, complex data sets and a strong attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Fluent written and spoken English (B2+), with excellent communication skills for daily coordination with a U.S. team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using AI tools to automate repetitive workflows, data processing, or testing.
