Immunology Line Manager (CenCa)

About the role

The Immunology Line Manager will lead the commercial strategy for a designated immunology brand within Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine. This senior position oversees both marketing and sales functions, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, field execution, and customer engagement throughout the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Drive growth and patient impact by translating market, scientific and clinical insights into actionable marketing and sales plans.
• Develop and execute integrated brand plans, promotional campaigns, omnichannel initiatives and launch readiness activities.
• Lead, coach and develop the sales organization to maximize field force effectiveness, territory management and customer targeting.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Medical Affairs, Market Access and other stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging and market access.
• Monitor commercial performance, optimize resource allocation and ensure achievement of business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading commercial functions (marketing and sales) for a therapeutic brand or franchise.
• Strong track record of launching and growing pharmaceutical products in the immunology space.
• Demonstrated ability to build high‑performing teams and foster a culture of accountability and innovation.
• Excellent strategic thinking, analytical and communication skills.
