Global Procurement Manager – Warehousing

About the role

As a Global Procurement Manager for Warehousing at Nestlé Global Procurement, you will define and implement the category strategy for 3PL warehousing spend worldwide. You will work closely with corporate and zone logistics functions to drive innovation, sustainability and standardisation across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Define and align the global category strategy for warehousing spend with key stakeholders.
• Implement strategic sourcing processes, tools and policies such as RFQs, supplier management, standardisation and aggregation.
• Conduct market, category and supply‑risk analysis and develop Total Cost of Ownership models to identify improvement opportunities.
• Introduce and develop new suppliers in collaboration with logistics standard owners.
• Negotiate supply contracts and ensure beneficial commercial agreements in line with the category strategy.
• Manage and lead relationships with strategic suppliers, including claims management.
• Ensure compliance with Nestlé’s Corporate Business Principles, policies and standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, Finance or Engineering.
• At least 10 years of experience in strategic sourcing, preferably with regional or global scope in warehousing or logistics.
• Proven track record of leading cross‑functional projects and driving change.
• Strong experience in category sourcing, TCO modelling, risk management and supplier relationship management.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.
