About the role

The role is responsible for designing, developing and launching innovative investment products for a leading securities firm in Panama. It combines market analysis, product structuring and strategic execution to drive business growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development and implementation of new investment products and solutions.
• Identify market opportunities and translate them into value propositions for clients and the organization.
• Coordinate structuring, feasibility, documentation, regulatory approval and product launch processes.
• Participate in defining and executing the firm’s commercial and competitive strategy.
• Manage budgets, financial indicators and profitability metrics.
• Develop strategic relationships with providers, custodians, partners and capital‑market participants.
• Coordinate initiatives with legal, operations, commercial and corporate areas to ensure successful implementation.
• Lead strategic projects focused on efficiency, innovation and growth.
• Supervise productivity and performance indicators of the operation.
• Develop and mentor the team, fostering a high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Business, Engineering, Law or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in capital markets, investments, financial products or related sectors.
• Solid knowledge of investment products and financial markets.
• Experience in development, structuring or management of financial products.
• Ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple business areas.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and executive influence skills.
• Capability to drive initiatives from concept to implementation.
