About the role

We are looking for a proactive HR Generalist / Specialist to lead talent attraction and manage day‑to‑day personnel operations for our growing technology and security company in Panama City. The role combines full‑cycle recruitment with comprehensive HR administration, ensuring compliance with Panamanian labor legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the complete recruitment cycle: post vacancies, screen candidates, conduct competency interviews, and administer assessments.
• Maintain employee records, monitor attendance, manage vacation requests, sick leaves, and other permits.
• Draft, register, and file employment contracts with MITRADEL, handle settlements and disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate and deliver onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
• Support payroll processing by submitting incidents and generating reports for the Social Security system (SIPE).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in a similar HR role.
• Current knowledge of Panama’s Labor Code and experience using the MITRADEL platform.
• Familiarity with the SIPE (Social Security) system.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and assertive communication abilities.
