About the role
The FNB Community Advisor Pipeline is a fixed‑term position focused on delivering excellent customer service, driving sales growth, and supporting the migration of accounts to self‑service channels. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, process requests efficiently, and contribute to the bank’s Balanced Scorecard objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Provide prompt, high‑quality service to customers and ensure their requests are processed accurately.
- Achieve net profit growth and meet sales targets through cross‑selling and client relationship strengthening.
- Manage the migration of transactional accounts to self‑service platforms.
- Increase the active customer account base and support overall client acquisition.
- Track, control, and influence sales and service activities to improve efficiency.
- Maintain accurate sales and service statistics and ensure compliance with governance, legislative, and audit requirements.
- Perform daily transaction checks to close new business applications within required timelines.
- Adhere to the bank’s “Golden Rules” and procedural standards.
- Continuously develop personal competencies and skills.

- Strong customer‑focus with the ability to understand and anticipate client needs.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Commitment to compliance, governance, and audit standards.
- Willingness to develop professionally and enhance competencies.
