Financial Advisor - Wealth Management

About the role

The Financial Advisor will lead client acquisition and portfolio growth for our Wealth Management unit across Central America and the Andean region. This position focuses on hunting new high‑net‑worth clients, building a pipeline from scratch, and contributing directly to AUM expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and convert medium‑to‑high net‑worth clients in the target regions.
• Build and manage a commercial pipeline, developing opportunities systematically.
• Develop and nurture a network of referrers and strategic partners such as lawyers, fiduciaries, family offices, brokers, and insurers.
• Lead meetings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
• Support onboarding and relationship management of new clients.
• Assess investment needs and propose international investment solutions aligned with client profiles.
• Coordinate with operations and compliance to ensure efficient, regulatory‑compliant onboarding.
• Maintain compliance with KYC, AML, FATCA/CRS, and suitability requirements.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Brokerage, Asset Management or related fields.
• Proven track record in business origination and hunting.
• Existing network of contacts in the financial, legal, fiduciary, or professional services sectors is a strong plus.
• Experience serving medium‑to‑high net‑worth clients.
• Valid Panama Securities Broker License (SMV) – mandatory.
