Finance Manager

About the role

APM Terminals is seeking a Finance Manager to support the growth of its Panama operations. You will work in a dynamic, international environment, driving financial compliance and process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee preparation of regulatory reports, including tax returns, accounting reports and transfer pricing documentation.
• Prepare financial statements in line with local regulations and report them to government authorities.
• Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory obligations and manage financial, tax and government audits.
• Coordinate with banks to support Treasury Department activities.
• Identify and implement projects to improve accounting, treasury and billing processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
• Legal knowledge, experience in collections, internal audit, treasury, corporate affairs, corporate finance, accounting, taxation, cost accounting and related processes.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Finance Manager or in a comparable Administration & Finance role.
