Fashion Advisor

About the role

The Fashion Advisor will work in Chanel’s Multiplaza boutique in Panamá, delivering exceptional client service while achieving sales targets. The role combines front‑line sales, after‑sales support, inventory management and daily store operations in a luxury environment.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals while adhering to Chanel’s customer‑service standards.
• Provide prompt, professional, and courteous assistance to clients, building genuine relationships.
• Handle repairs, alterations and follow‑up communications with clients.
• Execute opening and closing procedures, ensuring merchandising, cleanliness and visual standards are maintained.
• Manage inventory, stock controls, and wrapping areas.
• Process sales transactions using all payment methods.
• Review reservations daily and keep clients informed about new collections, birthdays and after‑sales services.
• Receive and label merchandise, process client complaints and maintain an up‑to‑date client database.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Flexible availability for AM/PM shifts, Sundays, holidays and occasional night work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and decision‑making abilities.
• Client‑oriented mindset; luxury retail experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational skills.
